Our support services extend on an every day basis to the regions of Darwin, Palmerston & Rural Area's; as shown in this image.

Clients in this region can expect same day - next business day onsite support.

Remote Onsite Support

Remote support regions that require 4WD or light aircraft to access are also supported by Tropical Computers.
Onsite support is dependent on flights, and availability; however specialised remote support, via the internet, can sometimes alleviate this need.
We support the northern parts of the N.T. and North-Eastern Parts of W.A.

To receive remote support from Tropical Computers, please download this remote support tool. You will need to provide the ID and Password to Tropical Computers Tech Support for remote assistance.

With this tool our staff can take remote control of your computer and effect repairs without having to be on site.
