Tropical Computers Trading Terms

Our terms for service and supply are as follows;

Quotes

• Quotes for hardware that are accepted require full payment before an order can be made.
• Hardware quotes do not include installation. If you require this, please ask for installation to be included. Installation is an hourly rate.
• All warranty for hardware is with the brand of the equipment. 
• All quotes are valid for 14 days. 
• No work will be commenced until acceptance of quotation has been made in writing.

Invoice

• Full payment to be paid on completion of the job unless prior arrangements have been made with management. 
• All materials remain the property of Tropical Computers until total amount of work is paid for in full.
• Tropical Computers retains the right to remove materials if work is not paid for in full. Costs to remove such materials will be charged to customer. 
• Any Debt Collection Costs incurred to recover debt (debt collections agencies, etc.) will be charged to the client.
• Standard Account Terms are 14 days with account. All other clients require payment upon completion of work.
